Boots contact number?

Well I’ve just managed to get through to Boots,waited for half an hour.They are sending out replacements for the missing parcel which are due to arrive by the 21st.They did offer a refund but I thought that could get complicated as I have 3 for 2 offers split between the 2 parcels.I work in a supermarket so am pretty much at work most of the time now until Christmas Eve so I’m hoping Ds will hear them when it comes as he’s usually in his own little world with his headphones on lol

Yes it did about 7pm! i'm just waiting for the refunds to come through on my bank account now. Had all the relevant emails.

Glad you managed to get it sorted. I rang this morning at 8.30 to confirm I had it and for them to do the refund on the difference in price. Took me 45 mins to get through!

Just got home from work and the original parcel has been delivered today! The replacement is due on Monday so have ended up going from no parcel to 2.

Oh gosh! They told me you can return to a store. Mine is still missing, just glad I got the replacement sorted.

Yes I asked yesterday when I rang them what to do if it turned up and they said to return it to store.And as they have made me wait almost 3 weeks for it I am not going to rush to take it back 😂

Oh no, hadn't seen this thread and I am in the same position. Ordered on 28 Nov, had email saying despatched 4 December but it's been sitting in the same sorting office since. It was listed in the same place on 11 Dec and nothing. Have been trying to call both Boots and Royal Mail and can't get through to either. Royal Mail particularly irritating as I read out the number and it just keep saying to say it again and then hangs up.

I'm working from home so they can deliver whenever but can't be on the phone all day. Might try facebook or Twitter.

That was the same as my second parcel,Royal Mail received it last Friday and then I heard nothing and couldn’t track it so I rang boots yesterday.It could still actually turn up you never know!
