If I am reading it correctly a $334.36 adjustment over the two contracts

I can see mine as I’ve only 100 points the figures are pretty straightforward
Originally I should be paying $711.10
Minus the reduction. - $ 86.22
Minus a property tax credit - $ 10.61
I’m left with $614.27 this is for Saratoga Springs hope it helps

Thanks for posting your breakdown so can I assume that's approximately $111 difference over 100 points at AKL ?

Well it’s clear as mud. Ours are more than ever.

2020 Calculated Balance
2020 Operating and Capital Reserves: $546.70
2020 Estimated Taxes: $129.80
Subtotal - Remaining 2019 Balance: -$12.84
2020 Dues Total: $663.66

ETA. Looking at wrong year I think but 2021 is blank?! Oh I dunno I’ll try on my computer rather than phone.
