I just want to say a huge thanks to everyone here at the DIBB. We appreciate our relationship and those buyers and sellers who have given us the opportunity to assist them.

One of the biggest misconceptions out there is that it takes longer buying from a foreign seller and it really isn't true. Here is another closing and it was a foreign seller.

Title Company: TRCS, Inc.

Offer Accepted: 11/24/20
Sent to ROFR: 11/25/20
Passed ROFR: 12/8/20
Closing docs emailed to buyer and seller: 12/15/20

Seller returned closing docs: 12/28/20
Closed: 1/4/21
Proceeds sent to seller : 1/5/21

That purchase time is impressive, especially seeing it was over Christmas & New Year.

I can confirm what Jason is saying from personal experience.

We bought a BLT contract from a foreign seller in 2017. Offer was made and accepted 4th Jan and we closed on 4th Feb. Super speedy or what?

I think I know who your foreign seller is 😃
I can confirm that the whole process was speedy and we were kept up to date every step of the way.
I can highly recommend using Jason if anyone is thinking of selling.

Sad to lose our DVC membership but we have some great memories from our use.

I also used Jason to sell some points recently and can confirm that he made the process easy and kept us well informed. I would use him again (I still have enough points left

), unlike another agent I used some years ago from a different company!
