Is Disney chat available

We requested a refund 4 months ago on our gold AP and received email saying make contact I know the phone calls take about 2 hours but they suggested using chat to discuss further however it always says currently in use ,is it?

I got on chat last night with member services, I was online about ten mins before the option came up though.

Was that DVC member services or Disney chat ?They asked me to contact Disney chat regarding our annual passes I did try through member services but they could not respond

DVC Member services, I can only say try the same thing with Disney chat, I think the option disappears when all the staff are busy.

Eventually made a call and was assured has now been all sorted
