DDP Price Increase?

Hi everyone

I've been reading about the tier of DDP that is due to launch in a few days, and there has been a bit of speculation that when it launches the existing DDP prices could rise too.

I've also heard that DDP prices are locked in each year for DVC members, so that any price increase wouldn't impact DVC bookings until 2021 even if the prices increase now.

Is that correct?

I'm tempted to book now to guarantee the price, but if a price rise isn't possible then I'd much rather wait until nearer the time.

Thanks all!

It certainly has been true in the past that DVC members are not affected by mid year DDP price rises, however I don't think it's actually written anywhere that they can't put the price up. Just one of those 'perks' that they are free to amend or discontinue at any time...

Personally I don't decide until much nearer the time of travel whether to buy DDP or TIW, when I have firmed up my dining choices
