Can I change My Virgin Package Holiday

Hi.

I booked my Florida trip though Virgin Holidays last week for 4 people, 9 nights, car (with gold plus insurance) and AOA villa all for £4300.

I have paid the £700 deposit and the rest isn't due until May.

If I was to change my package holiday to only Fly Drive and cancel the AOA villa. would this be possible and what cancellation charges would I expect to pay?

Having doubts with the AOA villa after reading some of the reviews.

I had a AOA villa last time I went in 2018 which wasn't bad.

Thanks

You might want to ask a moderator to move this to a different section of the Dibb rather than DVC but I’ll give it a go.

They should allow you to change to a fly drive but they will charge a fee. It’s been a long time since we booked with VH but I remember the amendment fee being £25 or so per person (this was 2002 so a LONG time ago!)

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I will call them up tomorrow and find out.

Just hope they don't over charge me with the flights/

I had to change a virgin package last year, the flights the reps on the phone could see were very expensive, however I could see a cheaper indirect flight on their website that for some reason they couldn't. They wanted to change me many ££ for the amendment, but because of the discrepancy between their computer and mine they cancelled the original booking and I rebooked. I would cost up what you want before you call them.
