What's your top 3 priorities when choosing a villa

Hi what's would be your top 3 priorities when choosing a villa in Orlando.

We are looking for one would it be

Location to Disney

Price

Pool south facing. /pool with a view/ size of pool area.

Villa decor / themed rooms

Games room

What else

At the moment were looking at

1, distant t o Disney within 3/4 miles

2, Price,

3, pool area, would like a lake view

But finding our priorities don't fit in our hopeful price range.

Interested to know your priorities.

1. amount of bedrooms/bathrooms and decor

2. large pool, not overlooked

I know you don't spend a lot of time in the villa but for us it has to be right. With a group of six people (2 of which are teenagers) having enough bathrooms is essential to us getting out on time in a morning it also helps stop any arguments lol.

I don't like being overlooked when I'm in the pool and prefer it to be a decent size.

We look for a gated community, safe in the villa, jacuzzi in the pool, not too overlooked from the back. Nice to haves - direct access from bedroom to pool, games room, nice decor. The dibb villa we go to has all of the above and much more - that's why we're going back for the 3rd time!

Great pool area with hot tub , view and nice Poolside furtnire

2. Decent lanai for when we need to get out of the sun
3. Proper walk in shower in the master.

Mrs also says a large pool and multiple bathrooms as me and boys have been known to hog them. We prefer to have ceiling fans but not a deal breaker. Access to a toilet from the poolside is a high priority and prefer not to be overlooked, definitely not open to the road. Oh, and a lanai.

I'm not ... if I had to choose between an unoverlooked pool (my number 1 requirement) and an extra 10 minute drive it'd be no contest.

The right villa is far more important than location (within reason).
