Shower enclosure help - please

I am looking to get our shower room refitted but am stuck on which shower enclosure to get, we were sold a Merlyn MBox about 6-7 years ago after being told it would be great for us and they're all much of a much. I have hated it for most of that time, it didn't take long to start to look scruffy and the quality is pretty poor. I want one which will last me 10-15 years so I hopefully never have to replace it again, I don't mind spending out extra for quality, has anyone got one which they would recommend?

Are you looking at an enclosure or more of a wall type panel?

If you ditch the box framed type and go for a fixed wall version with an opening door the world is your oyster. They start at £250+ and are great quality. However they are suited to a wetroom type scenario not the box type on a fixed base.

Travis Perkins have some good gear.

It has to be an enclosure, preferably a quadrant one. The room is very small so there is only room for the shower, a toilet and a small sink.

Mmm, could you use 2 tiled walls as the sides and then put 1 fixed panel and 1 other panel with a door in it?

That's exactly what I did and it's much better and easier to keep clean than the cubicle it replaced.

Are you meaning in a square shape instead of the quadrant?

This is the range we used with a low profile shower tray.

I’ve got a tiny bathroom and decided a few months ago to replace the bath (that had the shower over) with a shower covering the footprint of the bath. I have a fixed shower screen covering about 2/3rds if the length and the rest is open - no door.

Photos below. Ignore the reflections of the white basin & toilet !

It can be any shape you like. If you have a tray to start with then you are stuck with that shape/size. But if you ditch the tray and tile the floor with an outlet inset to the tiles the shape can be whatever you like. Only dictated by the space available.
