I got 20% off jeans and trousers around the middle of August think it lasted for a couple of days but luckily managed to get 2 pairs of jeans for DD with it.

I had 20% off jumpers and trousers last week, so got sorted for winter. However no birthday 20% off everything. I phoned and they said they were changing how they worked.
Pity really, Though usually Sparks is more bother than its worth.

I am not alone it seems!

Most discounts are not used but the % off clothes would have come in useful recently.

Last food offer I used was a free bag of Percy pigs

I get the instore £5 voucher and the m&s card vouchers have been continuing as normal but the it’s sparks ones the op is referring to
My Wife got 3 pairs of cropped jeans maybe 10 or so days ago whilst in Florida. 20% off via Sparks.
Ordered online and our Daughter picked them up from our local M & S food store.

I'm waiting for 20% off men's shoes as I need a pair.

Goodness knows how many I haven't got! Doesn't look like I'm missing too much.

I've got over 109,000 points but the only "benefit" is priority access to sale if you have 5000 or more as the weekly offers don't seem to be any better the more points you have. Occasionally get good discount on gluten free food (main thing I buy there ) but not had that for a while. I still hand it over as every little helps with the amount donated to your chosen Charity (Macmillan Cancer in my case).
On checking you get :-
Every time you shop 10 sparks
Every £1 you spend 10 sparks
Every review you write 25 sparks
Every time you shwop 50 sparks
Also 1p to you chosen charity everytime you swipe your card or shop online.

ps To answer the original question though I get new offers either weekly or fortnightly on a Thursday so I would ask in store or drop them an email about your issue.
