My sister has done it with great success, it has changed the way she eats and her relationship with food. She has PCOS and doesn’t have periods unless they are brought on by medication which she has to do a few times a year. Since starting OurPath this has changed, it seems to have regulated her hormones which is excellent. I think the first weeks are difficult- as with anything, the reset 5 days are fairly strict but after that she had more energy, slept better and lost weight steadily. There is plenty of support online from your mentor and others in your group.

I have just joined up as it seems like the right plan for me at the moment. I was thinking of re-starting a meal replacement plan but it's too complicated as I am now in insulin for type 2 diabetes plus I do miss food when I am on the plan and always put the weight back on.
My start date is Monday 30th September as I need to wait for the kit to arrive as I have signed up for the tech plan. As I am in a new group there are places left so if anyone is thinking of joining let me know and we could be in the same group for moral support. I have no excuse as I have a free gym in the building where I work

I'd never heard of this. It looks really interesting. Am going to investigate. Also type 2 diabetic. I have VLCD packs in the cupboard but can't get going with it. Thanks for posting x

I'll let you know ladies. V tempted, but need to run it by DH as I am not bringing in much income at present. (In all honestly, my wine habit could fund a big chunk of it.) I am not all that tech savvy, but I would love some support...and Dibb support would be fabulous.. Will check back in.x
