Well I voted 'it won't affect my holiday' when the poll was first posted. We went last month and didn't visit Disney parks because of the expense. So my answer would be different now. It wasn't just the cost though, last year the crowds/queues for everything spoilt the parks for me so clearly the cost isn't having much impact.

I originally voted that I would pay reluctantly. Last trip we just did 2 Disney days for the first time in 15 trips and I have to say I really enjoyed the "freedom". Cost was a large factor in our decision and after so many trips (15 I think) I feel that I know Disney like the back of my hand and wanted to take some time to relax a bit more and do a few other things. We currently have no plans to visit Disney on our next trip although we may end up doing a day or 2 mostly because my cousin will be with us and this is just her 3rd trip.

Owning DVC and collecting a lot of avios through work helps a lot so it wont change our plans. If anything the increased crowds are more likely to make us rethink.
Even if we didnt visit a park though, 2 weeks at OKW and Disney Springs beats any beach holiday for me.

For us going to Florida is a special holiday and very rare so the price increases won’t put us off. In reality there are prices increases on holidays to many countries and we still pay it
