Yes, love that hotel, I got married from there. I used to write a lot of reviews, just found that one (on my laptop) and I finished up with the statement that it is the best hotel I have ever been to in my life. We always said we will go back for a milestone anniversary.

I’ve just booked to go to NY in May. Managed to book virgin reward seats for the 4 of us.

I’ve booked Hotel Beacon upper west side that’s in between the Hudson River and Central Park, 5 mins either way. I booked after seeing a couple of dibbers mention it was a nice place to stay.

I would be tempted to have a at with BA "customise your trip" and see what comes up.

I have found it can be cheaper to buy my internal flights separately, or if buying all together as one package
to at least wait until the cheaper providers like JetBlue or southwestern or connect release their fares.

Good point! I’d be minded to start in San Francisco and end in NYC to make the travel home / return jetlag less painful.

Jet lag has never been a huge problem for me and I'd rather sleep on the longer flight home. Great suggestions for hotels though 👍
