For me BTM. It holds a special place in my heart.
My 5 year old would say 7DMT.

BTM - it's so long! I like SDMT but it's too short.

Both - they were both designed to be aimed at different guests. BTM for those who like a more thrill of a ride. 7DMT for children and their families and those who don't want a more intense experience. For this reason I don't try to compare them for preference. They both do what they do.

We were disapointed when BTM was closed for a long refurb last Summer but that meant we went on SDMT even more.

Yes - it's not a thrill ride but it was great when everyone on the train was singing the 7 dwarves song "hi ho", with their arms swinging in the air. Simple things for simple minds.

Btm for me, but as Our eldest is only tall enough for SDMT, that will be ridden a lot more often

We find both tame. So prefer 7DMT for the theming

7dmt for me. Big thunder is massively overrated , the DLP version is much better than the wdw one. Also prefer 7dmt as Love seeing dd’s face as it’s one of her favourites

Now I do endorse what you say about BTMRR at Disneyland Paris. That plunge under the lake is just absolutley brilliant.

Oh wow I'm in the minority 7DMT is way better IMO. I like BTM but it hurts a lot these days! Only thing about 7DMT is it's a bit short!
