This is all the $15 Genie+ option and doesn't include buying additional paid for ride passes.
If this is correct then i take back everything i have said about genie +

It is correct, it's come from confirmed reports of people doing it in the parks.

Thanks for this - I hadn’t quite grasped what stacking meant. Still don’t like too much, but that part does suit us.

The previous fast pass+ system had a similar effect when it came to people on the phones. As soon as you tapped in, people were going about refreshing and trying to get their next fast pass. Most of the time you’d be unable to get what you want until you refreshed several times and even when booked, you could keep going and suddenly something would appear. Genie+ has plenty of faults but it feels a tad ironic for me for vloggers to complain people are spending too much time on their phones

Yes, that's correct.

We've known all that since Disney announced Genie+ (and many guessed it would happen sometime before that). It's rubbish and no one likes it. We've all had a moan about it back then. But now it's here and, I'm afraid, we have to live with it. Or boycott Disney. Whatever suits you.

It feels like some people are still in the anger stage of grief over the loss of fastpass+. I guess it takes longer for some to get through the earlier stages and to the (reluctant) acceptance stage.

Apparently that's not the case any more and Disney have changed that. If the ride breaks down and doesn't reopen then you'll get refund onto the card you bought the LL pass with.

You didn’t have to go on the phone until you’d done the first 3, that’s a major difference.

People were going on their phone after their first fastpass to amend the time of their second one to move it forward. That way, they could do their first 3 within an hour. You didn’t have to wait until after the third fastpass until playing about with things on your phone.

Obviously you don’t have to be on your phone all the time. It only takes a couple of minutes to book these Genie+ LL slots. So that’s a couple of minutes every couple of hours.

I suspect people are spending more of their time going on social media.

But you could leave the three FPS as booked and technically not need to use your phone to touch fast passes. Now, if going in the morning you will need to be on your phone - no way around that as far as I can see.

But it does work? For those in the USA who are in the parks. It was never meant to work for UK guests yet?

corre tion. UK guests with undated tickets, i.e. not staying onsite. It was the undated nature of ultimate tickets that broke it (so it seems).
