Just how Christmassy will it be?

:
Never been before on the run up to Christmas - so this trip will be a first!

We're going on 24th November for 3 weeks. Not sure what to expect...

Those who've been at this time before - tell me about it, what you loved
Things like - is it Christmassy music ALL the time in the parks?
Lots of Christmassy food offerings?
Anything else to get me all excited and raring to go? (Suffering with a bit of the 'meh' right at the moment, so need something of a push to get me excited again )

Basically, are we going to love it?
Are we going to want to go at this time of year again?

Thanks. Ho-Ho-Ho :

Imagine ever step you take is followed by Christmas music and you are covered by confetti while every single tree is decorated and elves hand you milk and cookies while chestnuts are roasting in am open fire.

Times that by ten fold and you are getting close..it VERY Christmasy

Thanks. Ho-Ho-Ho :
We go every Nov, fly out Black Friday and it’s my favourite time. Very Christmassy. Maybe not on the first day or so, but we watch the build up.

The Marriott resort we stay at starts putting up decorations, we decorate the villa, we watch Christmas movies. The shops are have all the Christmas stock.

We only go to the universal parks, so can’t comment on Disney, but these parks are so festive.

Disney Springs has Christmas choirs and Christmas music playing

I can’t tell you how much I love going then! I’m so excited, we go 2 days after you.

I hope you love it!

I’ve never been at this time of year before so can’t wait to see everything all decorated ! I was only doing universal and seaworld this trip but squeezing in a day at magic kingdom and it looks stunning from some of the vlogs I’ve seen on YouTube and can’t wait to try some Xmas treats

Top tip... Visit Jeater Bend at Celebration and tour all the decorated homes, it is the most amazing thing! Hopefully will be done by the time you go

Bonus -

you won't hear

Do They Know It's Christmas
Mistletoe and Wine
Fairytale of New York
Last Christmas
Merry Christmas Everybody
I Wish It Could be Christmas Every Day

etc etc etc

The music is fantastic, very atmospheric and not just in your face. The smell of cinnamon everywhere. Trees, wreaths, bells, snow and SUN.

You'll love it.

We went for actual Christmas in 2018. It was the most christmasy I’ve ever felt. Think twinkling lights, glitter everywhere, festive food, music…. I can be a bit bah humbug at times, as a family we border on the cynical rather than the joyful but oh my did Christmas at Disney bring the joy and then some!

I’m so jealous I’d love to do another festive trip. I have a trip report if you want to see what it was like for us.
