Hello,

Has anyone used this company before? After missing out on the Discovery Cove Sales I found a good deal with them and booked with a £10pp deposit.

Now the price was insanely cheap (£98pp non swim at Easter) but since booking I’m getting a load of spam emails (not from them) and their website doesn’t look great.

I just wanted to check to see if anyone has ever had issues with them?

Have used them on occasion. They are one of my go tos for Florida tickets (them and Floridatix). Just used OAT for Disney tickets and got the tickets quickly. Using them again for our May trip.

I've bought all mine with them, don't go until September, but have been good to answer any questions and they had the best deals for black friday.

I haven't used them but the spam may be unrelated. Most likely your email address got harvested from somewhere and has been picked up by a spambot. This can happen at any point in time, so could just be coincidence that it was after your purchase.

However if you are sure it was due to them, you can lodge a complaint as they are registered in the UK so your data should be protected under GDPR legislation.

I missed your spam comment, I haven't had anymore spam than I usually get since buying. I would assume that it is very unlikely to be related to this.

I also missed the about spam - as has been mentioned above, this could well be coincidental. I’ve not had any more spam than usual (admittedly I’ve been a customer with AOT on my email for years and years).

I looked at them for our Oct trip but didn't bother when I noticed you can't cancel or amend after linking to MDE.

Thanks for the reassurance everyone. I’ve had no more spam emails so I think it may have just been a coincidence.

I’ve booked non swim Discovery Cove tickets for Easter and they were only £96pp which is the cheapest I have ever seen so I think the price made me a bit suspicious.
