Sky Garden what else to do?

I’ve booked tickets for the sky Garden in July, what else is there round that area? Eating places, nothing too expensive TGIs, Frankie and Benny's or something similar or anything to look at? Thanks

There are plenty of cake shops nearby so you should be fine😀

Go to the weatherspoons crosse keys. It’s a beautiful building and obviously spoons prices . Leadenhall market is also lovely for a wander round.

Great fire of London monument is 5 minutes walk away.
Lots of places to eat back towards london bridge - All Bar One and other chains on the river.
One of the celebrity chefs has an italien restaurant just near skygarden. I walked past it the other week. Can't remember who though..

You're right! That's a shame I went there for my friend's birthday and we really enjoyed it for a treat.

I went to Borough market last year I must of missed the cakes, I wasn't impressed much, we had a nice sausage roll, a not so nice samosa, steak and chips for £10 each. The steak was small but very nice and mostly lettuce and a few chips, I came away feeling poor but not like I’d eaten anything. It was like a buffet at a party where you need a McDonald’s on the way home!
