Exchanging Virgin Voucher for Tickets at Universal

Hi everyone.

We are going to Disney soon, all booked through Virgin holidays. From the documents / vouchers downloaded from Virgin, it says that we need to exchange one of them for our Universal tickets at the park entrance.

It says that we need Photo ID and I was wondering if a driver's license will suffice? Has anyone done this recently? Don't really want to take my passport to the parks but equally don't want to get turned away!

Take your drivers licence and a photocopy of your passport then what ever happens you will be fine. Drivers licence with your pic on it should be ok though.

Just to the right of the big arch is Guest Services. Present the voucher and ONE lot of ID.

They will scan your finger at the entrance turnstiles the first time you use an admission ticket. That ticket will be linked to that person so helps if you write initials on the back. On subsequent visits they will rescan your finger to verify that you are using the same ticket. This information helps facilitate re-entry and prevent fraud.

Try and find a short queue if you can. It took us an hour to get exchanged a few years back. They were so slow that day at Universal.
