Ppl and santander

Hi just wondering if anyone has had any luck recently with Santander,still waiting to hear back with an answer,I know the have eight weeks,thanks in advance

They refused my husbands but I went through ReclaimPPI and they settled.

I'm still waiting too. Wasn't too sure if I should contact them. Last contact was about the second week in September. When was yours?

Mine was over five weeks ago ,one was a ppi claim that got turned down in feb as they said I didn�t have any ,but right at the last minute I found the original paper work .

They refused Mrs Mickie but she went to the Ombudsman and won. Think she had to actually get the money off the insurance company themselves.
