Sounds amazing. Would love to have done that when I was younger.

Sounds amazing, how did you get so much time off each month ? My dd says she can't get any off, only her 2 days out of 7.

I just think it’s beneficial. Not a necessity. If she can get experience with serving or pub/bar work that would be great.

Again maybe I am wrong but lots of people worked for McDonald’s, boots, pubs, Starbucks. Not saying you need these places but there’s a recurring theme.

I applied four times. Some people had applied up to eight. Some were lucky first time. Show passion. Talk about your culture in your cover letter.

What Disney want most is authenticity. If you live in a small town. Research it. Find an interesting story. The managers at the Rose and crown want you sharing this with guests as most will never get the chance to go to the Uk.

In your cover letter make sure you put what you can bring to the role but also what you’ll take away from it.

Hope this helps!

Is she on the crp?

I booked off ADOs and theres a Facebook group where we would all post to see who can take that shift.

I’d always ask for extra hours and usually worked 6 days a week for four weeks then take four days off so I didn’t miss out. I’d ask for days off either side of my regular days off.

I’m not sure how it works for other programs

Thanks for posting - just sent to my DS whose plan is to go to Drama School next year, as he wants to act, and doesn't have a back up plan ... this might just work!
