Does anyone know if this is a reputable company?

My stepdaughter has booked with them for next yr and she's now worrying that it's not legit because she can't get into the booking via the Budget website. Even though it's a Budget booking through this 3rd party site i'm guessing you'd need to access the booking through the site you booked it on? She thought she'd booked it via the Budget site but the confirmation came from that website so i'm a bit confused.
