A late character breakfast time - what happens?!

Perhaps an odd question but after months of trying we finally have a breakfast reservation for the Crystal Palace on our last day.

However, our reservation is at 10:35. I note that it states breakfast reservations end at 10:45, and that lunch then starts at 11:30.

I don't expect them to just randomly throw us out straight away but I was just wondering what actually happens with this - will they start transitioning out the lunch items too and we'll be able to eat those? And will we have to pay for a lunch time as opposed to a breakfast one? I take it the characters continue to come out during the whole time?

We went to Tusker House for a late breakfast and it crossed over into lunch, we got some of the breakfast food and when we went to get some more they had started to bring some of the lunch items out so we were able to have them. If it's breakfast you have booked that is the price you will pay. The characters continue to go round.

We had a 10.15 reservation for CP 3 weeks ago and when they started bringing the lunch items out they closed part of the buffet area off to do this but we were still able to get breakfast items from the area that was still open. The characters still came round until all characters had been round everyone. By the time we left there weren't many others left and it seemed that all breakfast guests would be gone before lunch guests arrived. This was very different to the day before when we had a 10.30 reservation at Tusker House where our server actively encouraged us to go and try the lunch items as they started putting them out.

We once had a late booking at CP for dinner,as we were the last group left in about 8 of us we were allowed group photos with all the characters,they were fantastic with Eeyore kicking my BIL when we posed.
