Mobile Universal dining help.

Hello. In relation to this question what I couldn't see in the food / restaurant section were any Universal-related restaurant threads. Looks to be all Disney. Any tips for tips?

In what sense?

Ask away . There will be a lot more threads on Disney dining - because Disney dining is a lot more complicated than universal.

Tips for tips? Do you mean tipping at the end of the meal etc? I tip exactly the same way I do in Disney. I believe the suggested amount is on the bottom of the receipt? (Someone will clarify I haven’t been in 2 years! But I don’t remember having to try and work it out in my head) and then you tip according to how you see fit. Exceptional service - bigger tip, awful service - speak to a manager and no tip.

Thanks. Just wondering what's good and what's not good in terms of restaurants at Universal, both in terms of quality and value. Restaurants to avoid and "must-not-miss" ones. That sort of thing.

Put up your restaurants that you are interested in and the lovely DIBBers will give their opinions.
The only restaurants I can recommend are the Harry Potter ones for breakfast, Panda Express and the Monster Cafe for quick service plus Forticues for ice cream.

Maybe start a thread about restaurants at Universal?

I think because people spend fewer days there than Disney, the opinions and reviews of restaurants are often in threads to do with the holiday as a whole, or ‘offsite’ threads (even though they are ‘onsite’ from a Universal perspective).
