How bizarre - I just got back from a trip to the World, staying at Pop Century for the first time, and we were looking at the Legendary Years building from the balcony at the end of our room (in the 80s block). We took photos and discussed how it was a shame this area was not being used! (insert Twilight Zone music here ... )

Am i the only one who thinks the new film based rooms are not that good?
Lion King, Cars, Finding Nemo, the Little Mermaid why not choose classic films like snow white, fantasia, cindarella ect... but better still it SHOULD be kept as pop century as originally planned.

Kids have no idea about fantasia. Putting 2 princess hotels would exclude boys straight away. Try telling a 5 year year old hes staying in the princess part.

Different is good. The theming is spot on IMO. Putting the 1900s on the other side of the lake would be dull, Once again they are aiming at familys..what kid is interested in the 1920s?

we returned from WDW yesterday, stayed at OKW ( which is themed really well and really nice )

2 years ago we stayed at POP and it was a great hotel, the first morning ( up at 5 ) i went exploring and found the "unfinished bit"

I guess they will keep the bridge and just link the 2 resorts

cracking idea for family rooms aswell
