Scaff
You're forgetting my wife burnt a hole in the rear of my Mankini with her iron right over a very embarrassing part! That is where I will keep my paperwork!

I find this all very strange that some people struggle with the skip the counter option, It was all really straight forward for me.

I booked via Alamo Brits but did savetime, check in and skip the counter by logging in separately on the Alamo.com site.

There must be some teething issues with the website or people are just doing it wrong!
^^ this is the same procedure i followed last year - did it at each stage.

Currently i have paid via brits and now have an email asking me to-do savetime. Once i get my new photo license from the DVLA ill add the details and then after that do the OLCI.

it all worked perfectly last year apart from my satnav

Yep! All straight forward really, some people don't see it that way though!

I asked previously if this info could be made into a sticky or something to make people aware but nevermind...

It's been asked a few times to be a sticky - I remember the question being asked in a thread last year.

Someone in another thread has just confirmed my fears! Being sent back to the garage because they had only completed savetime which is NOT sufficient.

Come on admin, make this information a sticky!
