Hi y'all.
I checked with the UK office and we offer vouchers for the value of your deposit with NO EXPIRY date... this is from the published policy: Bookings on deposit: Should you wish to cancel your booking being held on a deposit basis then this would be at the loss of your deposit so you may wish to consider the other options available. Should you wish to retain your booking and change your departure date, this amendment will be done free of charge (subject to availability for special events) and will be subject to any difference in price. We can also supply a credit voucher for the value of your deposit to use against a future purchase with OrlandoAttractions.com or our sister company Ascot Travel House which can offer client the opportunity to book any type of holiday to any type of destination. Please contact Simon@OrlandoAttractions.com in the Ascot office to obtain your vouchers with no expiration date. You will need to quote your name and order number. I hope that helps! |

I know everyone’s experience will be different and I’ve not actually asked for a refund, but so far they’ve let me roll two non refundable deposits onto another product including a ticket to hotel room change which seems pretty fair to me.

Is anyone still waiting for a refund from Orlandoattractions.com?
Our Disney ticket refund process was started mid June. It's now the middle of October and still no refund. I've been emailing every few weeks for an update but so far no luck. This is taking longer than our Virgin holidays refund. Edited at 08:02 AM. Reason: Spelling |

Yes I’m afraid I’m now the same, I’ve always received good service over the many years that I have been travelling to Florida but I think 17 weeks is a bit ridiculous now, l emailed last week and was told that I’ve now been marked as “urgent”, let’s see if that makes a difference.
