3 year Doctorate study along with working placements in various hospitals - changing every 6 months for different experiences. He did this based at UCL and spent a lot of time at GOSH which he loved.

I'll be honest, there's been times when he's looked like it was all too much but he kept going and showed so much dedication. During this time he's also got married and bought a house - definitely couldn't be more proud.

His graduation isn't scheduled until Spring next year but hopefully it will go ahead by then.

Good luck to those going through similar, either themselves or with their children.

Huge congratulations! Also, you can tell he must be an exceptional candidate to get onto the clinical doctorate at UCL with only two years Assistant Psych experience - another reason to be proud Hopefully all will be fine for his graduation next year, wearing the funny colour gown for a PhD is the best bit (oh and being called doctor lol)
