Refund of Disney Tickets MDE

Hi

Just after some quick advice please. I bought my tickets from attraction tickets direct, and paid for insurance on them. We have decided to cancel our trip, and I can get a full refund from attraction tickets, but they are saying I have to unlink them from my Disney account.

I have been on my account and cant for the life of me figure out how to do it!

any help?
Thank you

From previous experience you need to phone Disney to do this I’m afraid. Once through to a cast member they are very helpful and friendly and will do this for you no problem. Sorry I couldn’t have been more of help.

I’ve just sent mine back and they have said nothing about this to me 😠 Surely once they are cancelled they’ll automatically unlink?

Is this the way to do it...?

Log into MDE
Hover over 'My Disney Experience' from the menu bar
Select 'My Magic Bands and Cards' from the dropdown menu
Select your ticket and there should be a 'Deactivate' button.

No that’s only for magic bands, tickets are on a separate section

I had tickets from ebooker linked to mde this year. Ebooker have full refund and about a week later they dropped off MDE.

I would suggest this is a attractionticketsdirect problem to resolve with Disney.

Just wanted to confirm that I received my refund back from Attraction Tickets last week and I didn’t unlink my tickets. They dropped off MDE a couple of days later. Just wanted to reassure anyone if they were worried about it 😊

That deactivates Magic Bands and plastic cards. It doesn't unlink tickets.

Individuals cannot unlink tickets. Only Disney can unlink tickets once they are linked.
