It has been known to happen than on collection some goods were unavailable. How can that happen when they know exactly what has been ordered.
I picked my order up 23 rd last year and a lady ahead of me in the queue had several items missing.

Been doing this for at least 20 years now as far as I am aware, and never had any issues with supplies of food , think I once had issue getting exact time I wanted but it wasn’t really a problem

I think it's so you get "first pick" of the dates/time as some slots fill up quickly but due to the lack of gluten free I think I'll just take my chances that they have stock a few days before. Last year the queue to pick up orders was longer than the normal queue.
