Paradise cove, Orlando wedding. Post dinner

Helloo,

We’re getting married September 2024 at paradise cove, Orlando! It’s just myself and fiancé, no guests.

Where do you recommend for lunch/dinner? I’m very unsure what to do dress wise as I don’t believe most restaurants will allow us to wear our dress/suit. It feels a shame to only wear the dress for an hour or so.

What did others do? Please share your experiences or future plans

Thank you x

Paradise cove is a great wedding venue.
My husband and I got married there August 2018 just us and our two girls is was a perfect.
We had lunch at Disney springs The Boathouse I stayed in my dress no issues just don’t think you can wear them into the parks. We had our evening meal at Narcoossee's Grand Floridian and watched the fireworks on the veranda perfect way to end the evening. We did change our outfits for the evening meal.

Hi! Congratulations!

We got married at Paradise Cove too, it is such a lovely venue ☺️ You will be fine wearing your dress in a restaurant, just not the parks. We had dinner at California Grill on our wedding day and I wore my dress.

Hope your day is amazing! x

We also got married at Paradise Cove! We had a BBQ back at our villa afterwards, as we had a few family and friends.

We then went to stay at one of the Disney hotels for the night - the name escapes me right now, but it's the one where you can watch the fireworks from the beach at the back. I stayed in my dress, and didn't feel out of place at all (and had lots of lovely comments from people).

OMG
My Wife and I got married at Paradise cove also in 2018, Aug. After we also went to the Boathouse for lunch. They noticed we were dressed up as wife had her lovely dress on. The manager spotted us and asked if special occasion, we said just got married. He told us to wait and returned to take to the more private dinning room where they gave us free Prosecco! we were treated very well indeed. It made our already special day even more special..

My DD got married at Paradise Cove in 2017. it was a wonderful day. They had a night at The Contemporary and we all headed back to their room before heading to Ohana for a meal. All the little girls though DD was a Disney Princess They gave DD and her husband their own carriage on the Monorail too
