English obviously. But singing a song is hardly the carnage that was predicted on here before kick off. I’m assuming you’ll be calling out the racist chants we’ll undoubtedly hear from Spanish and Italian fans.

I’m not pretending all England fans are angels but every country has its hooligan element and England are no longer anywhere near the worst. And yes there appears to have been an isolated incident but suggestions are it was started by Albanians

Huge trouble and running battles at Italy v Albania, riot squad baton charges. But let’s ignore that.

Is that your thoughts on all games or just England games

Quickly glossed over singing about death.
I've not seen anyone on here talk about 'carnage' but I've not read all posts.

How far do we take offensive at football matches ? If you look at the behaviour of Celtic and Liverpool fans regarding the death of the queen it was terrible but none of this compares to violence or three fans assaulting one in a fanzone area.

Or this that was initially circulated as being England fans but turns out all Scottish, read some of the comments

All teams have a number of fans intent on trouble but England no longer deserve the reputation that they have or the one that many wish that they have.

Its also interesting that it was England fans served low alcohol beer when in the UK it is only Scottish football grounds where it has been deemed necessary to have total ban of alcohol.

Its a myth that the Scots travelling are just a nice friendly well behaved bunch as mush as it is that England is group of thugs just looking for a punch up. The people that make these comments are people who have never travelled with their national team.

Anyway back to the main event a good start for England even with Southgate making inept choices 3 points well done boys.

Do you honestly think only England fans sing offensive songs?

I simply stated singing a song is not as bad as violence.

There were many posts on here yesterday suggesting there would be violence by England fans due to the fact they were drinking

How refreshing that we’ve had 9 games and not one VAR controversy x

Don’t think either were controversial not when compared to some of the premier league stuff this last season?

Why are you justifying the negative things England fans do because other fans do it... personally I couldn't give a damn about other fans but hope that many within their country criticise them as I believe I've the right to criticise mine.

I can understand people saying there may be a possibility of England fans causing trouble after drinking all day as they have a history of it but I'm also aware that England fans get targeted too
