I have tge Skoda Enyaq Sportline 85X which, essentially is the same car underneath.
Luckily, I've nit had one issue with it in six months of ownership. Sorry you are having so many issues.
Just one thing, tge charger pirt nit opening us a known issue on all VAG evs, the lick stops working and tge only way to repair ut us to break ut and replace the lock
I would also suggest getting an OBD eleven, which you can use to check what actual fault codes are coming up, it works on all cars but for VAG and BMWs it allows a greater investigation and allows you to nake some changes

Again not advice from me but what you have posted today is much better.

I understand where you are coming from, and what you have done is much more like what I would have done.

My reasoning being, I bond with my cars, can't help it really, they are like children or pets. Mostly I look for ages to find the right spec, colour, everything. Not ordered specially, usually be a cancelled order or something.
Other aspect is in Wales we have fewer nearby options so I try to keep on the right side of my favourites. Which sometimes works and probably mostly doesn't.

So anyway, yes, I would be happy enough with AC taking my car to an independent AUDI garage. Would be happier with a similar loaner not a FIAT 500 (not that I don't like them but maybe I'd need a similar size etc).
Above all I would be feeling optimistic that finally everything would be fixed properly and my car would be as it should be.

By the way, if the independent is not a franchised AUDI dealer, rather than a franchised AUDI dealer not part of AC - it wouldn't worry me.
I once had a franchised AUDI technician assure me on his little video link that the DSG transmission on my wife's car does not have a filter to change with the new transmission fluid. I took it to an independent who knew straight away it did have a filter, and itemised it as part of the service.

I know the others are more pragmatic advising rejecting the car and their help is amazing. Great Dibbers.

As PP have mentioned - exercise your right to reject the car. See if they have something else they'd swap you for as a possible compromise.

Just another wee update from today ! Late last night we received a check in email from Arnold Clark for another Audi dealership of theirs and not the independent one I was told yesterday , I took the car to them this morning as it was booked in for 9.30 , I asked why was it not going to an independent as promised and he said they could not take it for two weeks so he called in some favours with another manager to get it in to them today , I could hardly refuse and didn’t think it was wise to just incase there is any further issues I did not want to give them the chance to say I had refused a booking , I could see on my Audi app that they had it offline for a while then doing work on it and then parked up , eventually I could see it back at the garage we purchased from , they said they have fixed the air con , heating and 12 v sockets which were supposed to have been fixed last week so I’m guessing they must of broken again and this must have been the three faults which showed on diagnostic! They said they would like to keep it until tomorrow to give it a final check over just to make sure there is no other issues and they had a Nissan leaf I could use until tomorrow or I could just take my car back today , I chose to leave it with them as again don’t want them having anything to say should it go wrong again ! So I’m keeping everything crossed that it is finally fixed ! The salesman that sold us the car brought the loan car to our home for us and he said to me I hope that’s it finally fixed for you and that he feels really bad we’ve had such a bad time with it and again said his manager had to call in a few favours , I just said well if they didn’t keep messing up repairs he wouldn’t have to and that this is the very last time as if it happens again the car will be handed back no more chances , he said he agreed and that it should be replaced as that’s just not fair 🤷🏻 , so please keep everything crossed for me that it’s finally fixed and I can’t thank you all enough for all your advice ! I’ll update and let you all know how it goes but thank you again xxx
Pauline

Aw thank you , just came on to update and saw this , so we collected the car on Thursday evening and touch wood 🪵 everything seems to be going well ! I asked for a copy of the job report and was given an invoice with zero charge which stated they found a no communication fault and that the air con and the 12 v sockets where inoperative and that the fuses where missing , they replaced them and everything working fine now ! Beggars belief ! They actually told us that they replaced the fuse for the 12v sockets and they were working but clearly they removed the fuses and did not put them back causing all the air con and the 12v sockets not yo work ! I can’t believe I had all that stress and upset because of there complete stupidity , the fact they were going to make us wait for over a month for a repair that was so simple is disgraceful! So no apology just told manager had to call in a lot of favours to get it seen for us 🤷🏻 my response was well if you didn’t break it in the first place he wouldn’t have had to do anything! Thank you again for all the help everyone and especially kirstygarry xxx
