On the more budget / smaller family side, we really enjoyed our stay at Regal Oaks Resort by Old Town. We had a 2 bed townhouse overlooking a lake and woodland behind. The houses only have hot tubs but the clubhouse has a good sized family pool with 2 water slides.
The location was really great, it was a short drive to a lovely Publix at Celebration Ave and HW 192. There were 2 huge Walmart supercentres within 15 mins drive (Vineland to the East and Old Lake road to the West).
Also it was less than 10mins drive to Disney with two routes to choose from depending on traffic. We booked through BA at very reasonable price. We'd definitely book them again.

Have stayed several times just off the 192 on H27 at Highgrove. It is a great location, close to Walmart, Publix, Aldi and then all the eateries you could want - Chillis, McDs, Longhorn, Bahama Breeze, Chick Filet, Olive Garden etc. If we were going back again, we wouldn't look any further than a Highgrove villa. We booked Dibb villas every time we went.

We’ve stayed 3 times at Tuscan Hills on the 27 and found it a great location. Not far down from the 192 and the area is nice and quiet. Our first villa in Florida was near the Walmart in the 192 and was a lovely area but was busy even then.

Sunset Lakes has been our fave overall, but also liked Indian Ridge and Windsor Palms for the proximity to 192.

Have also stayed at Regal Oaks and agree it is in a great position also only a few minutes walk to the back end of Old Town Kissimmee and apart from looking at the car shows went to a few good concerts in the evenings.

We like Indian Creek - so close to the 192. It's an older neighbourhood but very quiet.

Have stayed at legacy park in a dibb villa - great villa but just a bit too far out.

We're booked onto Windsor Palms (villa is on Dibb) and I have to say, one of the key reasons for selecting this particular villa is that its pool deck is not overlooked but instead has a conservation view.
