Favourite Villa communities along the 192?

Really enjoyed Indian Creek, great location. Sunset Lakes was good too (but the villa we stayed in wasn't as good there, so that possibly clouded our judgement).

Staying at Bella Vida resort next year. Never stayed "East" 192 before so interested to see what that's like for travel to parks, restaurants, etc.

Sunset Lakes or around the Formasa Gardens area.

We have only stayed around North Poinciana, lake Berkeley, Bella Vida & terra verde are our favourites.

we stay at crescent lakes, theres a villa there weve been renting for the last 20 odd years thats private gated and pool area isn't looked onto and the villa backs onto a nice lake full of gators we like to watch lol
only problem is its about 10-15 mins from the 192 Kissimmee Walmart and over the years traffic has slowly gotten worse at the cross road where home depo is and sometimes it can be dreadful in rush hour so we have to think about that if were out and about.
its way cheaper than most other villas weve found and the owners lovely if we ever need to change anything!

We LOVE Lake Berkley. This is our 4th stay there. Great community and so close and easy to get to everything. Cutting down Ponciana is a great route to cut out some of the lights on the 192 too.

I'm just back and stayed in a beautiful villa in Calabay Parc on US27. If the main purpose of your holiday is to visit the parks I wouldn't stay in this area.

I've always stayed in this area and loved it but this time I thought the traffic was horrendous. No matter what time of day it would take us between an hour to an hour and a half to get to the parks.

Another vote for Highlands reserve from us - stayed 8/9 times now.

You can get villas with south facing pools overlooking the conservation area rather than the golfers if you want. Plus you can walk into Berry Town centre for food or a drink.
