I use these for work and for flights, you mold them yourself at home, comfortable and snug, also unlike the foam UVEX ones they won't fall out half way through the night if you're a tossing and turning sort like me.

Does anyone have a recommendation for not just sound but the vibrations? My OH is extremely sensitive not just to noise but the feelings too. When in a hotel he can feel if someone nearby is walking around their room and can't sleep where I can't feel or hear a thing and he feels like he's going mad. Anyone else the same?

Which ear plugs did she get for you? There seems to be a few on the website on the link, I need some to block out a loud snorer.

alpinehearingprotection... pluggies-kids/
alpinehearingprotection... csafe-classic/
alpinehearingprotection... arplugs/muffy/

She actually made a set of plugs for me to use while I sleep. She made it out of the stuff they use to take ear impressions, so it fit perfectly. However, they ache after a few hours, so you really need something soft to last the night.

You can also get white noise generating pillows and other stuff to distract you too. I think they are meant for the tinnitus patients.
