Problems with MDE

Hey Dibbers

Just to let everyone know that Disney are having problems with the linking reservations and viewing already linked reservations on MDE at the min as I have just been told this by a cast member on the phone. They hope to have the issue sorted soon.

Yes it's pretty surprising the website and app are so flaky when they are pretty vital to the experience they are offering

I cancelled a reservation this morning, but it's still showing as live

Did they mention what problems they were having. I’ve managed to link my reservation but it’s knly showing 4 out of 5 guests on MDE. It’s missing my 2 yr old and wasn’t sure if it’s not on there because she is under 3 or if it’s an issue I need to try and fix.

I linked mine but now it’s vanished. Still showing park tickets and when I tried link the hotel again it said it’s only ready reserved and then gave my name. Pretty weird.

Are you clicking on resort or my plans cause it seems if you click on resort it doesn’t work but if you click on my plans it shows your reservation.

Last thing to try is to see if it comes up on a desktop PC and of it does try signing out the app and back in, if none of this works You will have to call Disney

So I’ve checked MDE through the website and it’s linked but the confirmation number is completely different to my original booking.
