Ear plugs to stop noise

I hope someone can recommend me some good ear plugs to stop noise, I’m a very very light sleeper but our neighbours have their tv on most of the night and our walls are so thin., their tv must be on the wall next to our wall I can hear everything they are watching, while my husband also sleeps soundly and does not hear a thing. I hope someone can recommend some to me, I need some sleep.

Hi, I feel your pain as Ime a very light sleeper who had a snoring hubby😩😩😩😩after trying every ear plug on the market for me the only ones to get near blocking out sounds are the ones sold in Boots called Muffles they are made of wax and in a blue carton. I hope this helps

An expensive option but they work for me are Bose Sleepbuds. They link to your phone and you choose background sounds that ‘mask’ external sounds.

I think I'd also politely ask if they can lower the volume too of their tv.

Me and Mrs YT wear them, both ironically started when we lived at home due to pesky parents making too much noise early morning.
We used the wax muffles above for years but they are pricey.

Here is another one with different styles, you might want to ask them to supply a sample of each first or order smallest quantities, then get a large order of the one that suits you best.

I use Macks wax ear plugs , have tried many but these are the only ones that work for me .
I buy them on eBay and stock up when In the states.
Have used them for 8 years now

These work for me, even blocked out the noise from I4 when we stayed on the wrong side at the Rosen Inn @ Pointe.

I had some custom fit ear plugs made at my local hearing aid shop. They work perfectly.
