What to wear in Vegas

Going in February so know it’s going to be cool. No idea what to wear and I have been looking online . All sites seem to talk about dresses and suits for restaurants and shows and some casinos. I’m a very casual dresser, living in jeans and boots and apart from that no dress fits me at the moment. I’m small so jumpsuits are out of the question, I’m also quite round Would dressy ankle grazer trousers be ok with flat pumps and nice tops be ok for the evening? It would be so much easier if we were going to Florida we are staying at the Paris.

We went in Feb last year and it was freezing, even snowed one night! I certainly wouldn’t bother with dressy wear, just be warm and comfortable. No where that we went required a dress code, you’ll see people in all sorts of attire.
However saying that, friends went 2 weeks after us and had really mild weather so we could have been unlucky but definitely pack for comfort, you will walk miles whilst there. Enjoy, we had a blast!

Anything goes in Vegas! I’ve never felt under or over dressed in Vegas. I’ve been to shows and nice restaurants and have seen everything from shorts & tshirts to wedding dresses and from “normal” casual clothes to ball gowns. Whatever you wear, comfy shoes are a must as you’ll walk miles!

Thank you all, not so worried now. I’m sure I’ll find something to wear.

Honestly, anything goes. We had a meal at the Bellagio and next to me was a guy in flip flops , shirts and T, the other side a couple adorned in designer, and full on dressed up. I think some nightclubs have dress codes but apart from that it really is whatever your comfy in. Best advice I can give- comfy shoes at night if walking the strip. Made that mistake the first time. I usually wear a smartish dress and flats in evening. Sometimes I just wear jeans and a top. What your describing sounds fine. I had the same concern first time I went. By day two I realised I really overthought it. That’s why I love Vegas- it’s very chilled

We are going to Vegas this feb and we’re staying at the Paris too. I went to Vegas in January 2 years ago and just needed a thin jacket or cardigan apart from when we visited the canyon when I layered up. I probably dressed a bit smarter than I needed to most of the time but wore flat shoes. Anything goes really, no one would bat an eye whatever you wear, you really will see some right sights!

We've just come back, had xmas out there and we lived in jeans, t-shirts and hoodies with trainers or converse. Anything goes in Vegas 😊
