I think I just googled BA covid tests for travel, went on the BA website from what came up and then there’s a link on the page straight to breathe assured.

Another vote for Breathe Assured. Just had our supervised tests done for our flight on Monday. They were done by a lovely lady in South Africa who made the whole exercise stress free, despite my mum accidentally cutting her off halfway through when she was trying to put her test tube in the cardboard holder and hit the terminate call button on my external speaker! We reconnected immediately and all had a laugh about it.
The test was a nasal swab only which we were glad about and the certificates were in my mailbox by the end of the call. I will say that they do need to see all the parts of the test equipment on a surface visible in the video at all times so if you intended to do it all on your lap sitting on the sofa that’s not going to work. So happy that the testing is over and we’re now clear to go! |

I've bought the pre travel and day 2 test package.
When booking the pre travel (3 day) appointment it asks for "reason for test". Options are- Test for travel Day 2 test Combined day 2 and travel Day 3 USA What is the correct choice? Seems ambiguous. The appointment is for the 3 day pre travel test but the package I bought is for the day 2 return too. What did you select? More than one option there seems correct. |

I think I put combined day 2 and travel or simply test for travel.

We did our tests with breathe assured this afternoon. The nurse was almost 15 minutes late so I called breathe assured and they sorted it out almost immediately and got a replacement nurse on the call for us. She was lovely and took us through the whole process really easily and we had a chat about our lives (she was from South Africa) while we awaited the results. After 15 mins we held the test up to the screen, she saw it was negative and then issued our certificates. She waited online for us to check them and when we were happy, we left the call and printed them out.

You’ve probably had an answer now, but I used them in September with a face to face appointment before flying back from Canada. Everything went well and I would recommend them.
As an aside I had bought 2 tests because I was hoping to be doing this upcoming FL trip and the UK hadn’t changed the rules yet to only needing to be after return. Buying 2 at once was cheaper. I contacted them about 3 weeks ago to ask if I could use one of the tests for a Day 2 rather than the pre-flight return I had purchased it as. They said no problem, changed it in their system and issued me with a new 0.00 invoice that included the URN for my Passenger Locator Form and the instructions for using it as a day 2. All of my communications with them have been replied to quickly, even middle of the night.

Question RE the call. I have teams on my phone with an account made.
Do I click the link theyve emailed me at the time of the call, or do I need to manually do anything inside the teams app? |
