More than the sworn statement and covid pass
We have the tous app on our phones
We have the lfts and have the pcr booked for when we arrive back
Is there anything else we need that I may have forgotten?

Just back.
We used the NHS Covid pass which we downloaded to Apple wallet in case of WiFi difficulty.
That was acceptable everywhere we went so didn�t bother with tous app.
We were on site but I doubt it would make a difference.
Never asked to show the sworn statement, just asked at airline check in if we had it.
We completed our passenger locator form in the check in queue as we had forgotten 😜

Yes no more then 48hrs before departure back into the UK
