We just used the link they give you. It will say you’re early if you are and then when it’s the right time, it’ll say to wait a little for the nurse to join. Then in theory they should join! Our nurse was late however when they joined, it just opened teams automatically.

I would think you just click the link. Works most times with teams like that. I spend my life on it at work!

I called them up and they changed it on the phone no bother. They are very good customer service wise. Alternatively I understand if you cancel your current test, then it opens up a lot more availability to book another online.

Yes I was, I bought it as part of the US package.

I contacted them about this and they said that they will not provide a refund as the test is usable for up to 12 months.

If they can change my appointment to 24hrs before travel, I'm happy to accept that the return lateral flows will be usless. That said, they may come in hand later down the line once PCR requirements are lifted.

Ah sorry. They are now useless and very poorly IMO they won’t offer even partial refund.
