Hot chocolate bombs?

Hello,

My family all love hot chocolate and when we were in Poland last year we had an amazing one that really tasted like it was just pure melted chocolate! ❤️ Very luxurious and extravagant 😊

I was wondering if any of the chocolate bombs were similar? Anyone tried a range of them and have a particular brand they can recommend?

Many thanks ❤️

This is the third Christmas I've bought our grown up children and their other halves the bombs from Cocoba.

I bought a girl at work some 3 years ago as part of her secret Santa present. She's put them in her wishlist this year.

So Cocoba is my recommendation 😁

I buy the 3 pack ones from their website.

I second Cocoba, I bought them last year as gifts and they were a total hit.

We were given a velvetiser last year. It is expensive. But it makes real hot chocolate with real chocolate. And it is amazing

Possibly the hotel chocolate packs would work just in hot milk in a pan. ?

I have a velvitiser on my Christmas list, I hope Santa doesn’t get Covid and I get it!

We love the Hotel Chocolat hot chocolate, we make it in the nespresso milk frother, I presume the velvitiser works the same way.

There are some cheaper versions on Amazon

Another vote for Cocoba, they’re very good.

The velvetiser is the Dualit milk frother, just with a handle & an extra £50 on the price tag.

Are chocolate bombs put into hot chocolate or just hot milk?

Dd loves hot chocolate, I make it in the pan with milk, cream, Nutella and Cadbury’s drinking chocolate. As it’s quite rich I’m not sure if the chocolate bombs would work with it. They do look great though.
