That is the email address I have used and it worked for me.

Are you using the 03301231644 number? Check with your mobile phone provider as I know on EE contract calls to 0330 numbers come out of your minutes.

Oh that’s good 👍just strange others say they had no issues cancelling on that email but I get a reply saying they can’t help as it’s not a DW booking. Unless since the French announcement yesterday they want to keep the cancellations via phone only?

Did you book on the Disneyland Paris website, or the Disney Holidays (Walt Disney Travel Conpany) website. That could literally be the difference. I think the email is for the latter.

If you booked through them, then it's possible you are correct, and they want to use phone only. Maybe to stop emails backing up?

I booked on the DL Paris website not with the Disney Travel Company. Read my email reply again they didn’t say Disney World ( was half asleep this morning) they said as it wasn’t a Walt Disney Travel Company booking they couldn’t help me, yes your right.

I dread to think what my phone bill will be like next month I’m currently on hold with DLP 0330 number.

It’d be nice of them to let you know what number in the queue you are in so I make a rough guess how long my wait is. At this rate my phone bill will be same cost as the holiday haha
