As has been said it very much depends on the owner and how they run their home, we managed to go over for the first time in 2 years in Nov/ Dec and managed to complete one of our delayed upgrade projects which was new flooring for downstairs, we constantly try to keep the villa looking fresh and up to date but in all fairness we will never please everyone as everyone's tastes are different and we all look for different things, below are some pictures of our updated flooring.

Probably doesn't exist in US. And it needs to be able to withstand Florida weather and power washing between guests. We learnt the hard way not to have metal, the resulting rust meant whole pool deck had to be repainted. |
