Just booked Hard Rock club level for Feb - so much for a budget trip!

I’m in shock still I think 😱😂

I’ve just cancelled our NY Feb half term trip and booked a week at HRH in club level.

It’s eye wateringly expensive but I just couldn’t resist.

We’re flying direct return to Miami and have booked a large SUV.

Got the early flight so that we can drive straight through to Orlando after landing.

Unfortunately I could only get the the early flight back so we’ll have to get on the road by 10am on the last day but it’s worth it.

We’ve decided to cancel our planned October trip as flights are just too expensive so thought we might as well push the boat out of this trip.

It’s Mardi Gras that week so I’m sure we’ll have a great time.

Hopefully the weather will be kind. Tbh I’ll just be so grateful to be back i won’t care.

Great decision!

I'm sitting here still trying to work out what we're going to do and where we're going to stay on our Feb half-term trip (looks like ours is a week after yours).

We're planning on a long summer trip, so this trip is supposed to be a cheapie, but I'm feeling pulled by Epcot, as we could catch one of the last two days of the Festival of the Arts and/or Universal for Mardi Gras.

Typically, our Feb half-term trips don't involve parks, it's more about chilling and enjoying some winter sun.

Have a fab time!

We did February half term 2020, Universal only with half the week at Hard Rock club level. We had a great holiday. Enjoy!

Trips always grow arms and legs. Ours is supposed to be budget and then I changed to hard rock for our first 4 nights.

We were in Orlando then too. The weather was awesome wasn’t it!

We had a week at art of animation.

I was surprised by how busy it was. That’s what prompted the upgrade to a hotel with express.

Fabulous, thank you.

Is it very busy in the club lounge? Are there any hot food offerings in the morning or evening?

Hope you’re having a great time.

So it can get busy, but they are very happy for you to take food and drink from the club room to consume elsewhere, so shouldn’t be an issue.

Hot food for breakfast consists of one dish (eggs as an example). Mainly it’s continental, but a good range of pastries, bagels, oatmeal and cereal/ fruits.

In the evening (5-7) when they serve alchohol they also have some hot food - so far we’ve seen mac and cheese, empanadas, spring rolls along with cold offerings.
