Hwy 27

The last time we went was 2018 and there was quite a few developments being built on the 27 and around Posner Park.

I'm just wondering if any of these developments were new shops.

You may not recognise Posner Park now.

Apart from the bit that's been there for years (Dicks and all the way down to J C Penney) there's a lot more stores over on the other side (Marshalls, Hobby Lobby and a few more).

There's also a large residential development between and the traffic has increased five-fold.

Regular Dibber Gryff (Helen) is there at the minute and regularly posts Posner update.

Alongside Cracker Barrell a bit further north is a massive Racetrac and further north on Bella Citta is a large Publix

Sadly if you enjoyed Perkins opposite Posner that's now gone but Bob Evans still there. Had our usual Thanksgiving dinner there last November.

We were last in the area December 2019 and over the years had often used the Perkins up near Posner so sad to hear they have closed. However, there are always new places to try.

There's a new First Watch over the road on Posner.

Hobby lobby has opened last week in Posner
Five Guys is open as I’d a new store Buff soap company
There is also a BBQ restaurant and a store selling BBQ sauses marinades etc it 2 different stores though
Chipotle is almost open
Panda Express is open just across from Posner
The new Publix is lovely and busy
There are foundations being laid so I expect more coming
It’s extremely busy I’m lucky I can go in via Starbucks entrance coming out I use the bottom entrance rather than the main entrance as I’m heading south
It was busy when I was in on Thursday but I suspect Hobby Lobby opening had a lot to do with that I didn’t even venture in as it was rammed

Thanks for the update. OH is pleased that a Five Guys has opened there where as I'm pleased that Panda Express has opened

The one on 192 opposite North Old Lake Wilson Road is still open - or at least it was last November. . And extremely busy for breakfast.
