Yaaaaay! We loved talking Mickey. The first time we went, he asked Eden to show him his nose. The second time we went they bounced like Tigger

Just as an FYI, you may not meet Talking Mickey. It is sporadic, he is not always there. He is 'magically' able to meet guests simultaneously in four rooms at Town Sqare Theatre. He is only ever talking in one of them. So if it's a day where he hasn't got a 'sore throat' you've got to be lucky enough to be shown to the right room!
You are more likely to have this if you're obviously celebrating something!

That talking Mickey is great. Sometimes though it's non talking. They have a talking Donald Duck and Minnie now too, saw them on YouTube.
Tip, go straight in at rope drop EMH morning, you see him in 5 mins, no need for a FP then if you are on site. Also because its first thing and crowds are low, more chance of getting the talking one as he may be the only one on first thing. Edited at 08:45 PM. |

Hopefully you will have good luck! We see Mickey every day (yes, I know) when we go, and have met him at the Town Square Theatre 11 times in the last two years... we have had 10 talking visits and 1 silent visit. When we had the silent visit we may have got right back in the queue and gone again, because when three year olds have something they want to ask the mouse and there is no queue, you just do. Second time through he was talking and DS never questioned the change.
Talking Donald and Minnie are just in California so far, as far as I'm aware. Hoping they bring them to WDW soon! |
