Lady i spoke to last night tried to tell me that i wasnt entitled to any compensation for " my troubles" as the prefered room they have moved me to at POR is £600 more than my booking at CBR .. did a soft booking on the website after i got off the phone and its £96 more ! 😡

Solliss I think we both got through round the same time on Thursday? Mine is the same, no invoice and an error on manage my booking. I'm holding fire, I have all the names/times/details ect when I called. Have another long week of shifts and after work meetings so it will be Friday before I get to ring back probably. Decided I'm not spending my one day off with hubbie(he normally works the days I have off) on the phone for 174 hours
