[QUOTE=magickate;12330010]No I'm at work and to be honest I'm done calling them. Don't have the energy to deal with it anymore.

Have sent them an email basically listing the issues we have & the resolutions we'd accept. Not holding my breath for a reply though

Fingers crossed 😊

😊
I know... oh and ask at check in at what Balance the Hotel automatically charges your card too... I think at the moderates its 700$ or so, so you might have to go to front desk every now and then and make a payment to be "reset" & down to 0 again.

But heres the link to combine multiple gift Cards disneygiftcard/Manage/Transfer

You'll have a separate voucher sent to you to exchange at DS for the $200 gift card.
😊
When do I get the voucher sent do you know? I've booked with tc!?

Should be when you check in. Virgin customers pick up at mco but think others get at hotel

The $200 gift card voucher is sent to you a couple of weeks before your arrival date in a cute little package with hotel confirmation, booklet & luggage tags 😊

Edit: you did book direct with WDW didn't you? Above only applies for direct bookings 😁

Edited at 10:40 AM.

I have done the same today, after spending over two hours on the phone last Friday and thinking I had a resolution to this whole mess I am still awaiting my revised invoice and then I got the $75 gift card email,
I've sent about 6 emails since last week and still zero communication,

I've sent one long email this morning detailing what has happened and how I expect it to be resolved,

I too am not going to hold my breath, such a shame this is as it's really put a dark cloud over our first Disney world holiday as a family

I also can't thank our TA enough - Fiona at Florida Escapes - I definitely underestimated how much work she has had to put in. I though I was at a disadvantage not booking direct with Disney as I couldn't call them but listening to the waiting times on the phone and the agro you face when you finally do get through I am so grateful for Fiona.

Have I said it enough yet? FLORIDA ESCAPES gets our vote and we will be booking our next trip through them.

Best advice from the Dibb was when Papa said make up your mind what you want and push for it. Thans to those posting what they were offered too as we would never have known otherwise.

Good luck folks!
Fantastic 😊.

Totally agree with this. After looking through all the posts( there are loads) and phoning Disney to find out what the options were we all had a chat as to what best suited us. Although Disney did not offer AoA suites we noticed a few others had got just that so that's what we decided we'd be happy with. Phoned again and was very polite to everyone on the phone and they treated me exactly the same. After a bit of coming and going we got exactly what we wanted. Good luck all.
