The George one seemed to work for me, the phone operator mentioned I'd emailed him specifically...

Yes I had that and the person I spoke to admitted that she had the authority to move me to any resort free of charge but she would not her name I think was Anya

He also said, Disney moved me due to exceptional circumstances (as they put it) and that moving from Coronado free of charge is not an option for most..

My email has gone to the top today but I am getting nowhere - disney have told ta that they are not moving anyone. She won't compensate as there is nothing to compensate for! Scuttler what branch did you book through if you don't mind me asking. Says there's nobody else from Thomas Cook that has raised this as an issue!
